Transfer Process

First always call the Department of Health to see if they can help you first!

Once you contact us, we will need you to send in transcripts from your previous school.

You will also need to send in the transcripts to the Department of Health as well.

Have you taken the MBLEx? Because it is required in Washington state. You have the choice between this test or the NCBTMB test.

Once we have looked over your transcripts the hours will need to at minimum match our hours (which is 720 and not the state minimum of 625)

If you are missing some required hours you will need to take those hours with us.

Once hours are completed we will send in your completion form to the Department of Health.

You will need to fill out an application for your massage license, which can be done clicking HERE.
Application Steps
The whole process will cost $400. That is $200 to start the process and review your transcripts and give you a plan of action. The second $200 will be the application fee that you will need to fill out for our school. We will email you this form and an invoice after we speak to you and get a confirmation that you want to work with us.
