Reiki is safe for all to give and receive. Level 1 focuses on self healing. Level 11 focuses on healing of others and distance healing and receiving symbols to use in practice. Level 2 will be offered soon for those that want to further their path and use this modality in their practice.
In this class you will learn Reiki's basic history and background as well as evolving styles of Reiki, ethics, Reiki ideals, Chakras, applications of Reiki, Byosen Scanning, Gassho meditation, self healing and hand placements. The group will participate in meditation exercises, sharing of experiences as well as gain attunements/placements of Reiki symbols to be certified Reiki level 1. There will also be time to practice hand placements for self healing and practice methods on each other.
Manuals and binder of supplemental materials and Reiki certificates will be included in the course at no extra fee.
