Course Description:

This class will teach you how to take your work to another level addressing sciatic issues, shoulder pain, back pain and more. Level-Up techniques not only offer incredible benefits, but they also help clients feel especially great after a massage. In this class, yoga instructor and Level-Up creator Ariel Hubbard will walk you through specific stretches that will enable you to expand on the work you have done to release fascia, trigger points, limiting compensation patterns, and adhesions... with the goal of making your client’s experience extraordinary!

Ariel Hubbard, HHP, LMT, RMT has been providing professional massage treatments since 1997, and has trained over 7,000 medical professionals and lay people in the holistic healing arts since 1995. She is a yoga instructor as well as a massage therapist, and brings her knowledge of yoga, as well as extensive experience in sports massage, myofascial release work, Asian and other Western massage modalities into her teaching approach. Her goal is to empower her students to successfully understand and implement massage techniques while managing their own workload and occupational stress.
