Course Description:
Do you need to help release hypertonic tissue without working hard or stressing your own body? Do your clients have tension or old injuries in their hips, lower back, and legs?
This course will teach you success strategies to re-program Golgi tendon organs and muscle spindles, improve range-of-motion and address hip, knee and ankle injuries and pain.
Bio:
Ariel Hubbard, HHP, LMT, RMT has been providing professional massage treatments since 1997, and has trained over 7,000 medical professionals and lay people in the holistic healing arts since 1995. She is a yoga instructor as well as a massage therapist, and brings her knowledge of yoga, as well as extensive experience in sports massage, myofascial release work, Asian and other Western massage modalities into her teaching approach. Her goal is to empower her students to successfully understand and implement massage techniques while managing their own workload and occupational stress.
