Course Description:

Are you looking for a quick, efficient way to release years of stored tension while saving your hands? Level-Up Massage will teach you how to take your work to another level by teaching clients to reprogram their Golgi tendon organ and muscle spindles to tolerate more movement and performance. In the Head and Neck class, students will be trained in the distinctions of end-feels and PNF, stretching and other manipulation techniques to facilitate improved results for clients: decreased myofascial tension and improved range-of-motion in the upper body.  This course will help clients recovering from car accidents, dealing with headaches, neck pain and upper back pain.  

Bio:

Ariel Hubbard, HHP, LMT, RMT has been providing professional massage treatments since 1997, and has trained over 7,000 medical professionals and lay people in the holistic healing arts since 1995. She is a yoga instructor as well as a massage therapist, and brings her knowledge of yoga, as well as extensive experience in sports massage, myofascial release work, Asian and other Western massage modalities into her teaching approach. Her goal is to empower her students to successfully understand and implement massage techniques while managing their own workload and occupational stress.
