Headache Management with Tom Benson

In this class you will learn to identify and palpate muscles most common to headache patterns. Tom will teach you soft tissue manipulation and treatment of ocular musculatures. Also you will learn simple rationale for proceeding from one pattern to the next. Methods taught will be trigger points, neuromuscular, cross fiber friction and stationary friction!

What to bring:

Please remember to bring a mask, goggles or a face shield, as well as sheets with a plastic bag to place dirty sheets in after you are done!

About the Instructor: Tom Benson has been a massage therapist since 1968, working with Physical Therapy and Chiropractic clinics. He started Associated Muscle Therapies Group, a massage clinic with up to six Massage Therapists in 1990. He has since worked at Olympic, Para-Olympic, Goodwill, Commonwealth and Pan AM games, NCAA swimming and Diving Championships. Through all of these years Headaches issues have been a large part of the treatment protocols used with every level of clients.
