Craniosacral Assessment is a method of palpation, holding, and sending energy through the cranial bones to adjust the flow of cerebrospinal fluid by causing shifts in cranial rhythms. This light-pressure modality positively affects the Central Nervous System and all of the other systems in the body. It is excellent for headaches, car accident recovery, and people dealing with traumatic brain injuries. Aspects of this course also address myofascial tension patterns and acupoint imbalances in the cranium and sacrum.
