About the event
We will be covering rules and legislation, intake and consent forms, charting, ethics, and gender issues. Lectures, demos, and labs will have in-depth focus on anatomy and physiology, hands on techniques, relaxation and treatment styles, contraindications, and considerations for health conditions, surgical history, and various body types. We will be discussing why the anterior trunk is so important and why it shouldn't be automatically omitted from massage sessions. You will leave this class feeling comfortable and confident in talking to your clients about anterior trunk and breast massage and skillfully incorporating it into your sessions.
Instructor Eric Bartsch, LMT, CKTP has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010 and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner since 2013. Eric specializes in visceral manipulation and his practice in Skagit Valley focuses on injury treatment and pain relief. When he's not working he's spending time with his wife and kids, or maybe baking cookies.
